First step to produce any quality product is selection of raw material, our purchase team ensures that the quality of raw material matches our standard , therefore we purchase only from our tried and tested suppliers . After procuring raw material we screen it to remove any impurities to ensure quality. Next step is grinding the material to get the proper mesh size which helps for uniform burning of  briquettes.In third step material is shifted to mixers through conveyor system where we add 100% natural starch which helps in proper binding .Next and most important step is compressing of material. Compression in done by some of the best hydraulic press from renewed machine manufacturers.Last step is drying of briquettes, we use machine drying then sun drying to get the desired moisture level.
